Game rules
Rules of the ball-bouncing game in the bounce mobile app, the score ranking, reading the best players on air and the prize for the record holder of the month. The binding version is the Polish one.
§1. Organiser
1. The game and the ranking are organised by Bounce Sp. z o.o., ul. Innowacyjna 1, 16-400 Suwałki, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Białystok, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001209432, NIP 8442391415, REGON 543439882, share capital PLN 75,000.00, e-mail: hello@bounce.radio (the Organiser).
2. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not organisers or sponsors of the game or the ranking and are not involved in them in any way. All questions, reports and complaints about the game should be sent only to the Organiser.
§2. The game
1. The ball-bouncing game (the Game) is a free feature of the bounce mobile app for Android and iOS. Taking part in the Game and the ranking requires no payment or purchase.
2. The player taps the ball to keep it in the air. Every bounce scores points; a perfect bounce, in the centre of the ball, is worth more, and a streak of bounces raises the multiplier. A game ends when the ball falls.
3. Radio bonus: while bounce radio is playing in the app and the sound is not muted, the player gets extra points during the game. The Organiser's server checks that the radio was actually playing; a bonus the server does not confirm is not added.
4. The score depends on the player's skill. There is no element of chance that decides who wins, and no betting.
§3. Taking part in the ranking
1. Anyone can play, enter the ranking and win the prize - with no age limit, including employees and contractors of the Organiser. Only games of players signed in to the bounce zone (with a phone number or a Discord account) go into the ranking. A game played without an internet connection does not go into the ranking - the app says so next to the score.
2. On the ranking list in the app the player appears under their bounce zone nickname. A player without a nickname (or with a nickname rejected by the content filter) plays and collects scores, but does not appear on the list until they set a valid nickname.
3. The Organiser's server checks every score by replaying the game record (§7). The ranking uses the score calculated by the server.
§4. Periods and ranking
- A week runs from Friday 00:00 to the next Friday 00:00, Warsaw time.
- A month is a calendar month.
- The all-time record covers all of a player's games.
1. In each period a player's best game counts. The list in the app shows the first 10 places.
2. When points are equal, the score achieved earlier ranks higher.
3. A week closes on Friday and a month on the first day of the next month, in both cases at 01:00 - this hour lets games started before midnight be sent. The result of a closed period is saved permanently; a game that arrives after closing does not change it.
§5. Top 3 on air and on social media
1. The nicknames of the three best players of a closed week are read on bounce radio on Friday and may be published on bounce social media channels together with the score (points, bounces). After a month closes, we may announce the top 3 of the month in the same way.
2. The Game settings have a "nick on air" switch. It is on by default. A player who turns it off stays in the in-app ranking unchanged, but their nickname will not be read on air or published on social media - in the on-air top 3 their place goes to the next person. The switch can be changed at any time.
3. We do not publish players' profile photos or any data other than the nickname and the score.
§6. Record holder of the month prize
1. The record holder of the month, the player with the best score of a closed month, gets 500 XP in the bounce zone. The winning game must have at least 50 bounces; if the best game has fewer, the prize passes to the next player whose game has at least 50 bounces.
2. XP are bounce zone points in the app. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or physical prizes or transferred to another account.
3. The prize is also awarded to a player who does not appear on the ranking list (no nickname or the "nick on air" switch turned off).
4. For 48 hours after the month closes the bounce team checks the winning game; the XP reach the account after that time. If the winner changes during that time (§7), the new winner gets the prize no earlier than 24 hours after the change. The player gets an in-app notification about the prize if notifications are on.
5. The Organiser may take back awarded XP if the winning game is invalidated under §7.
§7. Fair play and moderation
1. Playing with bots, scripts or automation, modifying the app, interfering with its communication with the server and creating multiple accounts to win a ranking place or the prize are forbidden.
2. Unusual games (for example very long ones or with an inconsistent record) go to review by the bounce team. They count in the in-app ranking, but go on air and towards the prize only after approval.
3. The Organiser may invalidate a game, exclude a player from rankings and prizes, or hide a nickname that is offensive, impersonates another person, contains personal data or advertising. A player with a hidden nickname keeps playing and their scores still count. Every such decision is recorded with a reason.
4. A nickname on the ranking can be reported with the "report nick" button in the Game. Reports of illegal content are also handled under §13 of the service terms (DSA).
5. A player can appeal a decision under this section by writing to hello@bounce.radio.
§8. Personal data
1. The data controller is the Organiser. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
2. With the player's account we store game scores, the game record (taps and their timing, needed to check the score), whether the radio was playing during the game, and the setting of the "nick on air" switch. The game record is kept for 90 days and the radio information from the game for 30 days. Only games needed as evidence are kept longer, until the account is deleted: games from the ranking of a closed period, from a team decision or from a prize. Deleting the bounce zone account deletes the Game data.
§9. Complaints
Complaints about the Game, the ranking and the prize can be sent to hello@bounce.radio. We reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
§10. Final provisions
1. The Organiser may change these rules for important reasons (a change of the Game rules, of the law or of app store requirements). A change does not apply retroactively: periods closed before the change are settled under the previous rules.
2. These rules do not exclude or limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law.
3. These rules apply from 27 October 2026.
